Liverpool's Star Extends Apology to Squad, Discloses Curtis Jones
Jones has disclosed that Mohamed Salah expressed regret to the entire Liverpool squad in the wake of the uproar from his recent interview.

Salah was left out from a key Champions League match following criticising the club and stating his connection to the head coach had broken down.
“He speaks for himself and he can say his own stuff,” Jones told Sky Sports. “He said sorry to the group and was like: ‘If I’ve affected anybody, I apologise.’”
Arne Slot has refused to comment publicly on whether he got an explanation from the veteran striker.

The player stated that the team's response remained positive. “Nothing about him changed, he had a big smile on his face and we all treated him normally,” he continued.
Jones also noted that a teammate fighting for a place is preferable. “I understand there are certain ways you can go about things,” he said. “However, if a player is content to just sit out, then I think that’s more of an issue.”
Positive Results
Their results have stayed unbeaten in the games following the initial controversy. The player is convinced the Salah's words were never meant to cause disruption.
“When there’s been any sort of anger, the source has been from a good place,” the midfielder stated. “It's behind us and we’re uniting strongly, performing and starting to win games.”
